LICENCES
BLENDERBOOM (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand what information we gather, how we use it, what we do to protect it, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service. Unless otherwise indicated below, this Privacy Policy applies to any website that references this Privacy Policy, any Company website, as well as any data the Company may collect across partnered and unaffiliated sites.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can be accessed via our website at https://blenderboom.com or through our mobile application. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service.
I. Free
All free products are available with a CC0 Licence. More about CC0 you can find here
Payable products are available with the right to use for commercial and private purposes, in the area of the whole world excluding their further resell, giving, sharing whether for remuneration or not, sublicense, distribute or multiply.
Licence become effective after the acceptance of terms of use while purchasing credits packs and downloading the products.
II. Commercial product
Licence Agreement
This Agreement does not convey to Licensee any intellectual property rights or copyrights.
The Agreement is concluded by an order made on the website of the Blenderboom Store for payable products. Conclusion of the agreement and its provisions are confirmed by the Client immediately.
These license terms entitle Licensee to use the Blenderboom Products for the following fields of exploitation:
a) enter data into the computer and reproduce the Blenderboom Products,
b) adaptation of the products to hardware and system configuration used by the License,
c) Process, edit and use the Blenderboom Products in their studies and works, particularly: • creation of static and moving images (renders)
• creation of computer games and software
• 3D printing.
4. The subject of this Agreement is granting to the Licensee the right to use the Products for commercial and private purposes, in the area of the whole world excluding their further resell, giving, sharing whether for remuneration or not, sublicense, distribute or multiply.
